🛡️ DBS Made Simple: The Barring List & Adult Firsts

Continuing our video lessons on the DBS system, this week’s video explains more about the adult barring list and Adult Firsts. The Barring List is a register of people who are legally prevented from working in adult or children’s care. An Adult First check looks only at this list, and a clear result allows someone to start work under certain conditions while their full DBS is processed.
